About this training

The Qualsafe Awards Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, specifically designed for those wishing to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace. Throughout this 3 day course, you will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including administering CPR, using a defibrillator, dealing with wounds and bleeding, minor injuries and more.

Do I need to bring anything?

Light refreshments will be provided, but please bring your own lunch. Photo ID will be required on the day.

Anything else I need to know?

You don't need any first aid experience or prior knowledge to join. You will need to be able to communicate, including reading, writing and speaking in English. In order to gain the qualification, you will need to demonstrate providing first aid, which will require you to be able to move around, including kneeling on the floor.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we'll move your booking to another of our courses - completely free! Please just give us at least a weeks' notice. On the flip side, we need at least 6 participants in order to guarantee this course will run - any less and you don't get the full experience. If the course doesn't have enough people to run, we'll tell you a week before and move you onto our next course. If that doesn't work for you, then just tell us and we'll move your booking to any other of our courses or give you a refund.
