As you're probably aware, First Aid can be a complicated business, so please read this information and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Get a quote online. It makes it quick and easy for you to ensure that your event is covered and meets the requirements of event organisers. All you need to do is answer a few basic questions and we'll get back to you with a price.

We understand that some larger companies are hard to work with. You won't be disappointed with our personal approach to doing business.
When you book with us, you're getting the very best
Our fee is based on your event. Please enquire online for a quote.

We understand that cost is a big deciding factor for organisers and managers, but what we do can't be rivalled. We'll bring all of the lifesaving and first aid equipment which you'll typically find on an ambulance, including a defibrillator and we'll send highly experienced ambulance personnel.

There are no hidden charges! We don't charge for equipment, mileage or anything that we might use. If your event is suited to our cycle response unit we don't charge any extra for it. The price you're quoted will always be the price you pay*. Our pricing structure is based on ambulance technicians (or equivalent) joining you at your event. If you require us send Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors or a motorised vehicle, they cost a bit more.

We'll always try to beat any other genuine quote.

How we work
Book us today and we won't let you down.

Send us your enquiry and we'll get back to you with a price. Accept, then we'll send you an invoice and a copy of our terms. Payment is due 10 days prior to the event.

We'll bring all of the equipment and consumables that we need. When we arrive, our team will greet you with a smile. Just let us know where to set up and we'll do the rest, (we'll need access to the site and it'll be helpful to know where the loos are too).

Our tent is a visible green colour, and usually has helpful information (like how to spot the signs of dehydration) pinned to it. We'll put up banners letting everyone know who we are. We provide bottled water and suncream on warm days to keep everyone comfortable and happy, (we may ask for a donation from patients for this).

At the end of the day, we'll provide a report detailing what we've done, (please note: this report contains no confidential or personal information).
Paperwork
Copies of our insurance certificates, terms and conditions and staff information is kept electronically and you will be able to read through when we arrive at your event. You may also request any other paperwork in advance for us to bring along on the day.

All of our first aiders have ambulance skills and we can all be found on ambulances when we're not working for Essex and Suffolk Medical. The training our team complete make us more qualified than a St John Emergency Transport Attendant, (ETA is the highest clinical level in St John), which means we're able to do more, understand more and crucially - help more.

We will bring our skills and specialist equipment with us to your event, but please remember, we're only insured to do First Aid. Find out more about our insurance.

To keep you safe, we check every booking in advance. Please don't be offended if we need to make changes to your booking after you've made it.
