We understand that cost is a big deciding factor for organisers and managers, but what we do can't be rivalled. We'll bring all of the lifesaving and first aid equipment which you'll typically find on an ambulance, including a defibrillator and we'll send highly experienced ambulance personnel.

There are no hidden charges! We don't charge for equipment, mileage or anything that we might use. If your event is suited to our cycle response unit we don't charge any extra for it. The price you're quoted will always be the price you pay*. Our pricing structure is based on ambulance technicians (or equivalent) joining you at your event. If you require us send Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors or a motorised vehicle, they cost a bit more.

How we work
Book us today and we won't let you down.

Send us your enquiry and we'll get back to you with a price. Accept, then we'll send you an invoice and a copy of our terms. Payment is due 10 days prior to the event.

We'll bring all of the equipment and consumables that we need. When we arrive, our team will greet you with a smile. Just let us know where to set up and we'll do the rest, (we'll need access to the site and it'll be helpful to know where the loos are too).

Our first aid posts are visible and really easy to spot. We usually put out helpful information like how to spot the signs of dehydration. We'll let everyone know who we are. We provide bottled water (£1 charged to the patient) and suncream on warm days to keep everyone comfortable and happy. We'll also have period products and hairbands just in case anyone is caught short.

At the end of the day, we'll provide a report detailing what we've done, (please note: this report contains no confidential or personal information).
Paperwork
Copies of our insurance certificates, terms and conditions and staff information is kept electronically and you can request copies of this information in advance.

Our team is made up of current ambulance staff. We do not send first aiders in isolation as they're not deemed to be qualified for event work by the Event Industry Forum (EIF). Please see the EIF Purple Guide for more information. Other event medical providers in our area are known for sending basic first aiders to events for low fees. Please be aware that these companies get out of their depth very quickly and refer a lot of patients to the 999 service. EAS Medical are highly opposed to this practice and seek to reduce the pressure on the NHS.

EAS Medical staff are trained to NHS ambulance service standards. This means you receive a level of care which is comparable to that of the statutory services.
​
We will bring our skills and specialist equipment with us to your event, but please remember, we're only insured to do First Aid.
​
To keep you safe, we assess every booking in advance. Please don't be offended if we need to make changes to your booking after you've made it.
