The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in BLS, AED and Management of Anaphylaxis for Adults, Children and Infants (RQF) is designed for people who have a specific interest or responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide adult, child or infant basic life support (BLS), safely use a defibrillator (AED) and provide management of anaphylaxis.
The qualification and learning outcomes are based on the recommendations of the Resuscitation Council (UK) and a distinguished panel of experts in emergency medical care. Successful Learners will develop the practical competencies needed to provide adult, child and infant BLS, safely use an AED and manage a casualty with anaphylaxis.
